The supervisor is of the type "user friendly", with graphic pages of support and possibility of management recipes and reports of press, alarmistic and relative LOG.
The supervisor permits serveral levels of access. The lower, tied up to the operator makes to see the whole plant, under all of its graphic aspect, in such way that the operator recognizes the positions of the drives that he desires to use.
The higher access levels are make for the management of the calibration of motors, circumferentors of pressure, and several drives

FILM EXTRUSION |
Software development of complete control of the line, checked by a based supervisor on operational systems of last generation
The line climbs on 3 PLCs managed online. The master of net manages the control of the motors of: 3 extruders(60), 1 material tow and accessories for the management of the cylinders.The master also send the data to the supervisor for the management of the whole plant.
The first slave control the thermoregulation of 40 zones, separated for the extruders,the head and an oven to infrared rays.
The second Slave, manage motors of the groups of stretch and harvest, the sequences for the wrapping of the material and the following unloading of the final material on pallet. The supervisor is of the type "user friendly", with graphic pages of support and possibility of management recipes and reports of print, alarmistic and relative LOG.

GPL PLANT |
Study and realization of the system software and hardware for the supervision centralized of plant of compression and restocking GPL.
The plant formed by a central station, on which installed a software master, and from more stations PC connected with the own PLCs, on which installed the software slave.
The central station is able to manage in asyncronous way the slave stations and to daily download from them the recorded historical trend second.
The stations automatically signal the possible alarms to the plant street SMS, fax and telephone line.

Study and realization of the system software and hardware for the supervision centralized of a plant of transport granules for plastic materials.
Control's panel, the wiring of the plant and the development of the softwares of control have been realized through PLC Mitsubishi and relative supervisor.
The system manages the application of the material from the presses of press. In base to the code of the demand material and through opportune electronic cards climbed on the lances of the siloses, the silos is identified, then rotating valves are positioned so that to connect the rising pipe with that of destination. Follow cycle of aspiration and cycle of cleaning. The software is provided of graphic pages of support, possibility to manage recipes and reports of print, alarmistic and relative LOGS as well the function of remote supervision.
